After three years of solid work ethic, Jenna has recently been promoted to Field Manager! Jenna is a very caring and observant person, and also twin! Outside of work she enjoys playing softball and hanging out with her family and cat, Leia. Her favorite food is chicken wings and for a treat she enjoys a Kit-Kat. Her family would say that her best inner quality is her determination. We love Jenna's laid-back nature, smile, steady pace, and ability to get a bathroom or kitchen absolutely sparkling! We are so thankful for Jenna, and love that she has found such heartfelt enjoyment in cleaning!

Meet Delia! Delia is a mother of four little ones, including two baby twin boys! Delia is from Puerto Rico and relocated to the US for better career opportunity. She graduated from La Universidad Metropolitana in Puerto Rico with her bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Care Therapy. While attending college, Delia played softball and won many medals for her athletic ability! Her favorite food is ‘Pechuga de pollo al ajillo’, which is a Spanish dish including garlic and chicken. Our office is sometimes graced with Delia's mother's delicious cooking!

Priscilla, also known as "Billa", is funny, kind, independent, and loving. To relax, she loves spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite past times are spending time outside, going on trips and making crafts with her son. Her favorite food is any type of pizza, and her favorite treat is ice cream. She has one cat and one dog whose names are Pickles and Ellie. She speaks ASL and English and also fully utilizes and understands cued speech! We are grateful for Billa's positive energy and the laughs she regularly brings to our meetings. 

Brittany is originally from Niagara Falls, NY. House cleaning with Flower City Cleaning was her first job and she is absolutely crushing it! This girls never misses a day of work. She loves to spend time with her family (8 brothers!) and volunteering within her community. She hopes to be a physical therapist one day, specializing with professional athletes. She herself is an avid dancer with Garth Fagan Dance School and has been dancing since she could walk!

Scott is amazingly accessible, kind, and knowledgeable. He is a father, husband, pilot, skilled hunter, and chef! In his free time you can find him hanging out with his family, smoking venison, reading up on a variety of interests (including current events and psychology) or repairing almost anything. He is a gifted listener, and also happens to enjoy a wide variety of rock. Scott is the ultimate customer and technician liaison and we are very thankful to have him and his communicative abilities managing the ever- expanding schedule and office!
